SHIP WITH CONFIDENCE

Your tree will reach its destination well hydrated and securely packed. The base of each tree is wrapped in plastic to retain moisture and to prevent any topsoil from spilling during shipment.

At Elemental Bonsai Nursery, we are committed to sending you a healthy, vibrant plant. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it has the best chance of arriving safely.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

USPS Priority Mail

For live plants being sent on the mid-west and west coast (2-3 business days) and east coast (1-3 business days)

USPS Ground Advantage

For non live plants and plants being shipped on the east coast. (2-5 business days)

UPS Ground

for larger items (2-5 business days)

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
We generally ship from Monday, Wednesday, Friday. If you need it earlier please let us know and we will try to accommodate.

Normal Plant Behavior During Shipping

It is normal for some plants to drop leaves, flowers, or fruit during transit. Product photos may show flowering or fruiting plants, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive in that condition.

If your plant experiences leaf drop, don’t worry — with proper care, new growth should appear within a few weeks.

Climate Considerations

Most of our plants are tropical and grow best in warm, humid environments or greenhouses. While they can be grown indoors, success depends on creating the right conditions. We recommend researching how to optimize indoor environments for tropical plants.

Winter Shipping

Shipping to areas below 40°F (4°C) involves additional risk.
We recommend adding a heat pack to your order during colder months. However, we cannot guarantee against cold damage, even with a heat pack.
