DESCRIPTION

Bring a fun pop of color to your garden or patio with the Biquinho Pepper Plant. Known for its distinctive small, teardrop-shaped peppers with a tiny pointed “beak,” Biquinho produces colorful fruits that transition from light green to orange and vibrant red as they mature.

Its delicate branching structure, green foliage, and clusters of colorful peppers make this plant especially attractive for patios, sunny balconies, container gardens, and tropical-style displays.

Each plant comes growing in a 4" nursery pot and measures approximately 15" tall at the time of listing.

The photographs are representative of the plants we currently have available. You will receive one similar Biquinho Pepper Plant, not necessarily the exact plant pictured.

Because every plant grows naturally, the height, branching, foliage, number of peppers, and fruit color will vary from plant to plant.

Depending on the plant's natural growing and fruiting cycle, your plant may arrive with red, orange, green peppers, flowers, developing fruit, or temporarily without fruit. Fruit and flowers are never guaranteed at the time of delivery.

Plants may also experience minor leaf, flower, or fruit drop during shipping. This is a normal response to transportation and the plant should begin producing new growth after acclimating to its new environment.

PLANT CARE

☀️ Lighting ☀️

Biquinho peppers love bright light and perform best with full sun or at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day.
For the strongest growth and best fruit production, place outdoors in a sunny location.
If growing indoors, keep the plant directly beside your brightest window or supplement with a grow light.

💧 Watering 💧

TWater thoroughly when the top 1" of soil begins to feel dry.
Keep the soil evenly moist but never constantly wet or waterlogged. Always allow excess water to drain from the bottom of the pot.
During very hot weather, container-grown peppers may require more frequent watering.

🌥️Weather☀️

Biquinho peppers prefer warm temperatures and grow best around 65–85°F.
Protect the plant from frost and prolonged temperatures below approximately 50°F.
In colder climates, the plant can be brought indoors during the cooler months and placed near a bright window.
